Here are some common questions about the application process
Once we receive your application, including your CV and online survey, we carefully review your profile against the role you applied for, as well as our current projects and company needs. If your profile is selected, we will invite you to a first interview, followed by one or more further conversations if there is a strong match. At the final stage, we may invite you for an in-person interview to meet the team, get to know each other better, and confirm whether we would like to move forward together.
You will usually receive an update on your application status once your profile has been evaluated. Depending on how closely your experience matches the position, we may also keep your application on file for future opportunities.
At FlyingBasket, English is our working language and the language we use in our daily communication. For this reason, fluency in English is important for everyone joining our team, so we can stay focused on solving complex challenges and avoid misunderstandings caused by language barriers.
Most of our positions are based in Bolzano, on-site. Unless you already live nearby, you'd want to relocate to enjoy local landscapes and in person interactions with the team.
We're always open to receiving applications for internships (curricular or extra-curricular or thesis internship) please specify the details and duration when applying.
In order to facilitate the relocation process we can offer free accommodation up to 4 weeks in our apartment for our new hires.
