FlyingBasket is an innovative startup, specialised in the production of multicopter drones suitable for commercial use such as cargo transportation, heavy lifting operations onshore and offshore. Since its inception, FlyingBasket has become the benchmark in the commercial cargo drone industry.
As we scale our operations, we’re looking for a Cargo Drone Pilot who would be supporting the flights activities in our ongoing projects.
This position is requiring frequent travel, flying in various environments, especially in the Dolomites. This position is both challenging and broad as it puts to test your ability to be part of the cargo drone global development.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute flight missions
- Conduct flights as pilot of cargo drones
- Conduct test flights
- Execute missions according to Operations Manual and Regulations
- Improve flight operations procedures
- Actively support production, design and maintenance
Must Have
- Minimum 2 years experience in working as drone pilot
- A2 and/or STS pilot license
- Flexibility, Openness to travel
- Excellent communication, analysis and problem-solving skills
- English B2
- Driving License B
- Work permit for Italy
Nice to have
- Pilot license for Standard Scenarios in Specific Category or Instructor pilot license
- Experience in drone operation in mountainous terrain and without GPS support
- Airband radio license
- SORA
